A fantastic hotel. We couldn’t believe what great value for money this hotel was but what sets this hotel apart from others is the service. Every member of staff we encountered could not do enough for us. It’s the best service we’ve had in our 4 week trip around Indonesia. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent aircon, great shower, extremely clean with a fridge and the usual amenities. Dinner at the hotel was also very good as was breakfast. The general manager spoke to us numerous times checking everything was okay as well as many of the other staff. We didn’t use the pool as we were on day trips but it was big. They also let us check in early which was appreciated as we were going on a day trip so it was good to leave our bags in the room. Photo below of one of our day trips. Would highly recommend the hotel. And we absolutely loved Belitung.

The breakfast was awesome as it included interesting Belitung local cuisine!! It was great 👍🏽 to have and also pleased to see and have their local medicinal traditional drinks (Jamu) it is what the Javanese is famous for. A staff member, Jasmiati was very helpful with my queries. Her English was good & she had an excellent customer service attitude ❣️

The location is convenient, and the staff has been very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were impeccable and the distance to all the important touristy places were nearby. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable, our expectations were absolutely exceeded. The daily buffet breakfast is worth the stay here alone!

Nice breakfast with good coffee and bread! ! It's always disappointing in a 4star hotel though, to pour a glass of juice, only to discover that it's not juice, but syrup. That said, it was possible to get a glass of fresh juice on request.
